Where are your products made?

Our salsas are made in small batches in Australia using a mix of local and carefully selected imported ingredients.

Are your salsas gluten free and vegan?

Our core salsa range is gluten free and suitable for vegans. Please check each product page and label for the most up to date ingredient list and dietary icons.

How should I store the products?

Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and enjoy within the time suggested on the label.

Do you ship outside Australia?

At the moment our online store ships within Australia only. If this changes, we will update the information on our Shipping page.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier network. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. For more information, please see our Shipping and Delivery page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can and we will let you know what is possible.

Do you work with stockists and wholesalers?
