Returns & Refunds
We want you to enjoy every jar of salsa and every product you receive from us. If something is not right, this policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty:
- Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue and photos if you can.
- Our team will review the information and discuss the next step with you.
Where appropriate, we may:
- send a replacement
- offer a store credit
- provide a refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to correct the order. Please contact us promptly so that we can arrange a replacement or other suitable solution.
Change of mind
Because our products are food items, we are not able to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once products have left our control, except where required by law.
Time frames
Please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order if there is an issue. This helps us investigate and resolve the problem more quickly.
Consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you believe your rights under Australian Consumer Law have not been met, please contact us and we will discuss the options with you.
