Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Señor. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before you shop with us.
1. About Señor
This website is operated by Señor, an Australian based food business that produces Mexican inspired salsas and related products. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Señor. "You" means any customer or visitor to this website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version that was published on this website at the time you placed the order.
2. Online store use
You agree that you will:
- use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details
- not misuse the website, for example by attempting to break security, use someone else’s account, or introduce harmful code.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we notice behaviour that is fraudulent, unsafe or abusive.
3. Products and availability
We aim to keep product information, pricing and stock levels accurate. From time to time:
- products may sell out
- labels or packaging may look slightly different from the images online
- ingredients may be updated.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you with options. These may include a replacement product, a back-order, or a refund for the unavailable item.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
The final amount you pay at checkout includes product price and any shipping charges that apply to your order.
Payment is processed securely through our ecommerce and payment partners. Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received and approved.
5. Orders and confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
Your order is accepted when we pack and dispatch your products. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if there is an obvious pricing error or a stock issue. If this happens, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any amount paid.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery information, including estimated time frames and charges, is explained on our Shipping pages. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or events outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.
7. Returns and refunds
Because our products are food items, we handle returns with extra care. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how we manage damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
8. Allergens and storage
We provide ingredient lists and key dietary information on labels and on this website. It is your responsibility to check this information before purchase and consumption, especially if you have allergies or dietary needs.
For best quality, please follow the storage and use instructions on each product label.
9. Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, images, designs, text and other content on this website are owned or licensed by Señor. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our written permission.
10. Third-party links and services
Our website may link to other websites or use third-party services such as payment gateways and analytics tools. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not responsible for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable when you use our website or products
- our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
